Just want to send a note of thanks to Dylan. Ever since our house was built only a couple years ago we’ve had terrible reception and in some rooms no reception at all. Dylan came in, did a few checks, knew immediately how to fix our reception problems and finished the job quickly and efficiently. He was also very friendly and personable. Now we can all watch and enjoy clear tv reception finally. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Rang Sydney Wide Antennas today for a quote. He arranged an excellent price and sent around one of his technicians, who started on the job straight away. The technician was very professional and frindly and went above the norm to get the job done and cleaned up after himself. They were very prompt, the work was done the same day I made the call, They were very reasonably priced for the work that they did which was over 5 hours of labour. The technician who was also called Robert was meticulous in his work and truly came up with the best solution to fix our problem. My kids are now delighted that they have full tv coverage in their rooms and I am very happy now being able to see all of the channels which I have done without for far too long. Best money I have spent in a while, I highly recommend this company.

Within an hour of my call I had a technician up on the roof, how’s that for service ! Robert did an awesome and professional job of putting 3 Tv’s on the wall and a installing a new digital antenna. Good old fashioned service, great rates and attention to detail. Will be using again to put in our CCTV system.

We have suffered through 18 months of appalling reception on the 25 year old antenna at the home we purchased. I tried everything to fix this, short of climbing onto the roof. In the end I rang Robert and his team to sort this out.

The technician, also named Robert, arrived on time and we discussed the issues surrounding our difficult location. We tried three different antennas, and he gave me the choice of the cheapest option with the warning that channel 10 would be very poor, or a more expensive option that permanently solved the issues.

In the end I went with the most expensive antenna and a mast amplifier. The extra cost was not hidden from me and it was my choice with no pressure. I realise some people are very cost sensitive, but honestly, if you call in the experts and they give you a full solution for a bit extra rather than a partial solution at a lower price, you should take the proper option.

I also requested an extra tv antenna point which they did with no gripes.

I was thoroughly satisfied with the workmanship and the overall experience. Be a good customer and understand that television signals are very weak and that every location is unique and effected by the local topography and surrounding buildings. Don’t expect that your installation will be without unique difficulties that require you to use more expensive equipment. These folks are not out to overcharge you, but the cheapest option may not be the best.

I rang Robert and his team @ 1.00 PM on a Sunday after our aerial was dislodged and damaged by a strong gust of wind by 5.00pm the job was quoted and by the following Thursday completed .
i can not recommend Robert and his team more highly for their level of service expertise and efficiency.i only wish that all trades were as thorough and efficient as the team at Sydney Wide Antennas.

Wow! I went up to post a review about this excellent business and saw 1 stars. Not sure what happened there.

Robert on the phone was excellent and got Daniel, one of his technicians, to come out and replace our antenna which was hanging off the roof from the recent storms and rewire a splitter which was rusted and causing a leak in our roof.

This is a one stop shop for all your antenna needs. They are clean and efficient. Cannot be happier with the job. Well done.
